All RYZE sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference

The Only Exceptions

We will issue a full refund or send a replacement only in the following cases:

1. The item is defective or damaged
If your kit arrives with a manufacturing defect, broken part, or visible damage caused during shipping, you are fully covered. Contact us and we'll make it right

2. The item doesn't match the product listing
If you received a completely different product from what was shown on the product page — wrong item or wrong model — you are eligible for an exchange or full refund.

A Note on Color

Product colors may vary depending on available stock and color variations. In some cases, the color difference may be significant. However, as long as you receive the correct item and model you ordered, color variation is not considered a valid reason for return or refund.

How to Submit a Claim

To be eligible, your request must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving your order and must include:
• Your order number
• Clear photos or a short video showing the defect or incorrect item

Not Eligible

• Change of mind or personal preference
• Color variation from listing photos
• Items that have been used or assembled
• Items returned without original packaging
